When you contact us

Our Quick Connect and Contact forms collect the details you share: name, mobile number, website URL, brand / company name (on the full Contact form), and your message. We use this information only to respond to your enquiry.

Automatically, when you browse

When you visit any page on headlinehq.in, we automatically collect:

• Pages you view and how long you stay on them
• Device type, browser, and operating system
• Approximate location (country / city level — not a precise address)
• Where you arrived from (referring site or search query)
• Clicks, scrolls, and general interaction patterns

We use the information we collect to:

• Reply to your enquiry and follow up on projects you initiate
• Understand how visitors use the site so we can improve content and design
• Diagnose technical issues and monitor site performance
