Shopify development · Delhi and the NCR
A Shopify company in Delhi, and what you can check.
Every agency on this search result says it is in Delhi. Almost none of them give you a way to confirm it, or tell you what they do not have. So this page does both first, and sells second.
HeadlineHQ is one company, registered in Delhi. We build and automate Shopify stores, and we have shipped our own software for Indian D2C operations — two Shopify apps and a public RTO loss model, all of which you can open in a new tab in the next thirty seconds. Everything on this page was read on 19 August 2026.
The facts, including the awkward one
- Entity
- One company, registered in Delhi
- Time zone
- UTC+5:30, the same as yours
- What we do not have
- A walk-in office to show you
Four things you can verify without asking us.
A supplier page is worth what its claims are worth, and a claim you cannot check is worth nothing. These four are all one click away, and three of them are software that either works when you open it or does not.
The Shopify Partner listing
A shopify.com page carrying the company name and Delhi as its location. Shopify verified it, not us.
LineDrop
A Shopify app that imports a full catalogue from an Excel linesheet, images attached by SKU. Built because Indian brands receive linesheets, not CSV templates.
ProfitOS
Yesterday’s profit after RTO, ad spend, COGS, shipping and gateway fees, on WhatsApp each morning. It joins Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Shiprocket, Delhivery, Razorpay and Cashfree.
The RTO loss model
A calculator that puts a rupee figure on returned COD parcels using your own order volume, COD share and return rate. You set every input; nothing is assumed on your behalf.
No client count, no project count, no team size and no years-in-business figure appears on this page. Nobody independent has audited those numbers for us, and an unaudited number is decoration.
The part the other eight pages leave out
Three things we do not have.
If you are shortlisting suppliers in Delhi, the useful information is rarely in the list of services — everyone types the same list. It is in what each one is missing, and you usually find that out in week three. Here is ours, in week zero.
01
No street address on this site.
We publish an email address and a WhatsApp number and nothing else. That is a deliberate choice by a small company, not an oversight, and it means you cannot turn up unannounced. If a supplier you can visit is part of your criteria, that is a fair reason to rule us out and you should do it now rather than three calls in.
02
No Google Business Profile, so no map pin.
A verified Google Business Profile needs an address we do not publish, so there is no map listing, no review count and no star rating attached to this company anywhere on Google. Anyone showing you one for us is showing you something else.
03
No second office anywhere in the NCR.
One entity, in Delhi. We work with businesses across the NCR and outside it, but there is no second location, and a page claiming otherwise with the city name swapped is the oldest trick in local search. We are not going to run it.
We publish the same kind of list for buyers outside India, where the missing pieces are different and the stakes are higher: what happens if it goes wrong, written from the buyer’s side of the table.
What a Delhi D2C store usually needs.
The problems that arrive here are not the problems in the templates. Cash on delivery changes the economics of every order, catalogues arrive as linesheets rather than CSVs, and the courier and gateway stack is Shiprocket, Delhivery, Razorpay and Cashfree rather than the names in a US case study. Each of the four below is something we have built against, and each links to the thing we built.
Returned COD parcels are eating the margin.
Put a number on it before changing anything: order volume, COD share, return rate, forward and return freight, the acquisition cost you already spent. Then decide which of address checks, prepaid nudges, confirmation flows and courier rules is worth building. The model is public and you can run it without speaking to us.
The catalogue drop takes a week of copy-paste.
Your supplier sends a linesheet in Excel and a folder of images named by SKU. Shopify wants a CSV in its own shape. That gap is a week of somebody’s life every season, and it is the specific gap LineDrop was built to close.
The dashboard says revenue and the bank says otherwise.
Revenue is not the number that matters when a share of orders comes back. Profit after returns, ad spend, COGS, shipping and gateway fees is, and getting to it means joining systems that do not talk to each other. That reconciliation is what ProfitOS does every night.
The store is slow and the theme has run out of road.
A headless build on Next.js against the Storefront API, with the Shopify admin, checkout, inventory and payments left exactly where they are. It is the right answer far less often than agencies selling it suggest, and we will tell you when a well-built theme is the cheaper correct answer.
What Shopify costs before anyone’s fee.
Most agency pages in this market skip straight to their own price. Start one step earlier: the platform has a published cost that is the same whoever builds your store, and it is worth knowing before you compare quotes. These are Shopify’s own figures, shown on their India pricing page and read on 19 August 2026.
Shopify plan pricing, India, paid yearly, from shopify.com/pricing. Scroll the table sideways for the gateway fee column.
| Plan | Platform fee | Gateway fee |
|---|---|---|
| Basic | ₹1,499 / month | 2% |
| Grow | ₹5,599 / month | 1% |
| Advanced | ₹22,680 / month | 0.6% |
| Plus | from ₹1,75,000 / month | 0.2% |
What we have not put on this page
Our own prices are not here, and the honest reason is that we have not published a rate card for this market.
We quote against a written scope, which is a real answer but not the one a page can give you. Until there is a published band we are prepared to stand behind, putting a number here would be a guess dressed as a price, and you would find out which in the proposal.
Three briefs we would turn down.
Saying this costs us enquiries and saves everybody a fortnight. If one of these is you, the market has better suppliers for it and we would rather you found them today.
- 01
You want the cheapest possible store. There are suppliers in this market who will beat us on price and they are not pretending — that is a real service and it is not the one we run.
- 02
You want a supplier you can sit across a table from every week. We can meet, but the default here is remote, and pretending otherwise would waste your time and ours.
- 03
You want performance marketing, influencer work or content. We build and automate the store. We do not run your ads, and a supplier who claims every discipline at once usually has one they are actually good at.
What buyers here actually ask.
Where exactly in Delhi are you?
We publish the city and not the street. HeadlineHQ is one company, registered in Delhi, with no second office anywhere. If your process needs a registered address on paper, ask for it in the first email and you will get it in writing rather than off a web page.
Do you work with businesses across the rest of the NCR?
Yes, and we say so without building a separate page per city. There is nothing true about our company in one NCR city that is untrue in another, so a page with the city name swapped would be marketing rather than information. One page, one entity, and you can meet or call in exactly the same way from anywhere in the NCR.
What does a Shopify store actually cost to run here?
Shopify publishes its own plan prices, and they are on this page with the date we read them. What a build costs on top depends entirely on scope, and we quote that against a written scope rather than a rate card. Anyone giving you a build price before seeing your catalogue is quoting a template.
Can we meet in person?
For a real project, yes, and we would expect to at least once. Day to day the work runs on calls, WhatsApp and a shared repository, because that is what actually keeps a build moving. If weekly in-person presence is a hard requirement, say so early.
Are you on Clutch or Google reviews?
Not at present. There is no Google Business Profile for this company and therefore no star rating, and we would rather say that plainly than let you assume otherwise. What is checkable today is the Shopify Partner listing, the two Shopify apps and the RTO model, all linked above.

Everything else on this page is our own statement. The registration in Delhi, the three products and the calculator are ours to claim; nobody independent has audited them, and this page carries no client name, no rating and no response-time promise.
Tell us what the store has to do this quarter.
Not a brief, not a spec. One paragraph on what is not working — the drop that takes a week, the returns eating the margin, the theme that has run out of road — and you will get a straight answer on whether it is worth building, and whether it is worth building by us.
We are on UTC+5:30, so a message sent during your working day gets read during ours.
